Terms & Refunds

ENORA — Return to yourself

Who you are contracting with

ENORA is operated by Aida Carina Cardoso Idrissa (Founder of ENORA), the legal seller of all ENORA products. By creating an account or continuing to use ENORA you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age, or have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

What ENORA is

ENORA offers a daily practice, guided Collections, a private journal, written reflections and printable exports of your own completed work. ENORA supports wellbeing and reflection. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You must not use ENORA unlawfully, attempt fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the security of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping). You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits.

Our content and your content

ENORA retains ownership of the platform, its written material, publications, design and branding. You keep ownership of everything you write; you grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you.

Purchases and access

Purchases are one-time. Each purchase grants 60 days of access to that product. The Core Practice and each Collection are independent. When access ends your writing is preserved; only the guided experience closes. Companion Editions are printable publications delivered through our external store.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders: Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Purchases made in the Android app are sold by Google through Google Play Billing, which is the seller for those orders.

Refunds

ENORA payments and refund requests are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and applicable consumer rights. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, use the link on your receipt, or write to help@enorareturntoyourself.net and we will help.

Service level

We work to keep ENORA available and calm, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time in Profile.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
