ENORA access can be held in three ways: €24 for 60 days, €14.99 each month, or €99 each year. The monthly and yearly options renew until you stop them, and access stays open until the period you have paid for ends. Each Collection is a one-time purchase of €24 that opens 60 days of access. In the Android app, ENORA is available as the 60-day access. Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed. If a purchase has not appeared in your Library within a few minutes, sign in with the same email you used at checkout and refresh.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for every web order. Eligibility follows Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights — write to us and we will help.
Your account and data
You can export your journal, reset your progress or delete your account permanently at any time from your Profile.
