ENORA
Delete your ENORA account
You can permanently delete your ENORA account and everything in it from this page, on any device, without installing the app.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in identity, your profile and profile photo, your practice history, reflections and journal entries, your preferences and reminder subscriptions, and your record of purchases and access. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any remaining access period is lost and is not refunded. We keep only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep about a completed sale. Your journal and practice history live on each device you use: deleting here clears them on this device, and any other device is cleared the next time you open ENORA there and sign out.
What we must keep
Tax and accounting law requires us to keep the invoice record of a completed sale (date, amount, tax, product) for the legally required period. Google Play, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy also keep their own transaction records as merchants of record — ENORA cannot delete those, and you would ask them directly. Nothing you wrote in ENORA is part of that.
